TERMOTECNICA INDUSTRIALE HA ACQUISITO IL RAMO D’AZIENDA DI STF RELATIVO ALLA FORNITURA DI CALDAIE
Il 27 Febbraio 2019, dopo un periodo di affitto, Termotecnica Industriale ha acquisito il ramo d’azienda di STF relativo alla progettazione, fornitura e manutenzione di caldaie industriali e generatori di vapore a recupero di calore.
Tale ramo d’azienda è stato incorporato in Termotecnica Industriale creando una divisione che opera dalla ex sede di STF di Magenta (Milano).
Oltre agli uffici e all’officina situata presso la sede di Battipaglia, Termotecnica Industriale dispone ora a Magenta per la nuova divisione di uffici e di una officina di 5.000 m2.
Con tale acquisizione Temotecnica Industriale eredita le competenze ingegneristiche di progettazione, fabbricazione ed installazione di caldaie sviluppate da STF in oltre 50 anni di storia.
Le caldaie progettate e realizzate a Magenta vengono commercializzate con il marchio STF BOILERS & HRSG.
In precedenza Termotecnica Industriale aveva ottenuto una licenza per l’utilizzo della tecnologia e delle referenze di Pensotti FCL nel settore delle caldaie di piccola-media taglia, includendo caldaie industriali, caldaie alimentate a biomassa o a rifiuti solidi urbani e generatori di vapore a recupero di calore.
Personale altamente qualificato sia di STF sia di Pensotti è stato assunto in Termotecnica Industriale.
TERMOTECNICA INDUSTRILE HAS ACQUIRED OF THE STF BOILERS BUSINESS UNIT
On February 27th,2019 Termotecnica Industriale has acquired the STF business unit active in the engineering, supply and maintenance of industrial boilers and heat recovery steam generators.
This business unit has been incorporated as a division of Termotecnica Industriale based in Magenta (Milan) in the former offices and workshop of STF.
In addition to the offices and the workshop located at its headquarters in Battipaglia, Termotecnica Industriale has now in Magenta the offices and a workshop of 5.000 m2 of its new division.
With this acquisition, Temotecnica Industriale inherits the know-how and the expertise in designing, manufacturing and installing boilers developed by STF in over 50 years of its history.
The boilers designed and supplied from the Magenta division are supplied with the brand STF BOILERS & HRSG.
Before this acquisition, Termotecnica Industriale received a license to use the know-how and the references of Pensotti FLC in the sector small-medium size capacity boilers, including industrial boilers, biomass fired boilers, WTE boilers and heat recovery steam generators behind gas turbines.
Highly skilled personnel both of STF and Pensotti has been hired in Termotecnica Industriale.
